As a location intelligence company, we provide consumer and market insights on a national, regional and local (individual store) level to retail brands (e.g. Delhaize, Lidl, Brico, X2O, Aveve, Telenet, restaurants) and media companies with offline media (e.g. Clear Channel, LijnCom, Brightfish and door-to-door providers).
Based on a daily tracked panel of 330.000+ Belgians (1 in 30!), we understand real-world behaviour of the Belgian population. Our comprehensible dashboards are tailored to our customers’ market and help understand the competitive power of a brand comparing results over time and with its direct and indirect competitors. Metrics such as foot fall, store visits, market penetration, dwell time, share of visits, frequency, recency or even loyalty, brands combined and the traffic lost to competitors is shared in detail.
As 80% of sales is generated offline we believe it is time to understand the bigger picture.
Whereas most brands today can already rely on solid customer data, it is hardly ever complete: brands have a hard time understanding what their customers are doing beyond their brand, let alone beyond their category. Up until now, to close the gap, brands had to rely on traditional methodologies such as market research conducted with a fraction of their customer base, suffering a clear declaration bias.
In the wake of the pandemic, the world is turned upside down. A comparison with last year is no longer relevant if your baseline is falsified.
